Park Serpong Residence is a brand new housing development in west of Jakarta. It aims for high quality residentials with ultra modern ambiance. Initial stage of development started with large Marketing Gallery and entry landscapes. In contrast with the high end appearance of lighted space, a new approach in efficiency was thoroughly carried out. It is our believe that newer technology should support design application with higher efficiency (in budget and power consumption), not the other way around. The result shows that it is true.
